Mount Vernon Restaurants continued its growth in 2009 when it opened its third location, the Mount Vernon at the Ship in Lynnfield. This location has almost as much history as the original Mount Vernon in Somerville. From the beginning, the atmosphere and menu of the Mount Vernon at the Ship created an impact on local business on Route 1.

Located in the same shopping plaza as The Christmas Tree Shops and Yankee Candle, the Mount Vernon at the Ship and its neighbors can provide a full day or evening of shopping and food without the hassle of driving into the city and paying for parking. The menu reflects the original Mount Vernon in Somerville, but includes several new items designed for the location. Live piano in the main dining room offers a pleasant dining experience, and the Mount Vernon quality, price, and service will always keep you coming back.

The entire restaurant has a nautical feel in keeping with the Ship theme and the lounge is small and stocked with high-end Scotches and Whiskeys. The restaurant boasts two private function rooms and both booths and tables for guests.

The Sunday Brunch Buffet includes Raw Bar, Carving Station, and Omelets to Order. Daily lunch special begin at $5.99 and Dinner for Two is available for $19.99.
